Please complete the form below to schedule your mediation. You can book for single-party or two-party mediation, and select up to three preferred dates. Once submitted, our mediator Jean-Marcel will contact you to confirm the session via Zoom, Teams, or in-person.

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email, and our mediator will reach out to finalize the session. Payment and invoicing are handled directly.
